View larger Innovative Flip Design Unlike other waffle makers, the unit's unique rotary design allows for "flipping" the waffles (with a turn of the large cool-touch handle), which rotates the cooking plates, helping to ensure even batter distribution and, ultimately, evenly baked waffles. Simply pour batter onto the bottom grid, close the waffle maker, and rotate 180 degrees to the right, then when it's ready (a light will indicate), rotate 180 degrees to the left. Voila.
